Contract Description: Warehouse Office Suite Renovation WD-2880


The objective of the project is to create a 3,100 sq. ft tenant improvement in an existing warehouse. The site is located in the SFPUC City Distribution Division’s corporation yard at 1990 Newcomb Avenue. The existing office space will be modified. Work includes partitions, cabinetry, restrooms, new flooring, new ceilings, new mechanical, plumbing modifications, new electrical, hazardous material remediation, fire suppression systems, and exterior ADA parking, ramp, and railing. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.
