Contract Description: GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL STOREFRONT AND TERRACOTTA REPLACEMENT. The Project is generally described as: Storefront Replacement work at the Gymnasium, Shop Building and Terracotta Replacement work at the Auditorium. The work also includes maintenance work at miscellaneous locations not limited to the hazardous abatement of finishes associated to the demolition of existing storefronts, windows, doors, terracotta repair work, installation of new windows, new doors, metal lockers, flashing, flooring, lighting and painting at the affected areas.

Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
